RICK SPILLER, SIOR
Rick Spiller, President of Spiller Industrial Real Estate Advisors, LLC
Rick began his real estate career in 1980 when he was hired by Merrill Lynch Realty as part of the Industrial Group. He continued assisting both Landlords and Tenants while at Brantley & Company, Colony Management, Wilson, Hull & Neal before co-founding Spiller Industrial Real Estate Advisors, LLC.
In 2017 Rick was elected and served as Georgia Chapter president of SIOR – Society of Industrial and Office Realtors. Rick had been serving on the SIOR Board of Directors for the Georgia Chapter since 2013. Rick regularly attends the SE Regional and National SIOR Conventions.
Rick has qualified for the Atlanta Commercial Board of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club since joining and received the Phoenix Award in 1997 and the Silver Phoenix award in 2012.
In 2001 Rick participated in two of Atlanta’s Top 20 Industrial Leasing Deals according to the Atlanta Business Chronicle, a 903,000 SF lease to the Kellogg Company and a 176,000 SF lease to Weyerhaeuser.
In 2002 he was recognized as one of the Top Three Industrial Real Estate Brokers based on production volume and in 2003 and 2005, as a Top Ten Producer in the Industrial category. In 1987 he received the Top Ten Industrial Broker Professionalism Award and in 1992 he received the Top 3 Leasing Professionalism Award both presented by Dorey Publishing Company.
During Rick’s career he has successfully completed over 1,000 transactions with companies including ABC Touchstone, Georgia Wholesale Furniture, Deutz, Mud Pie, Genuine Parts, Ampco Distribution, McMaster-Carr, Weyerhaeuser, SP Richards Company, Savannah Distributing Company, Alstom Power, Roofing & Insulation Supply, Larson-Juhl, Airgas-Refrigeration, Marvin L. Walker, 4 Seasons Distribution, and Dyke Industries. In addition, Rick has leased facilities for major feature film productions including: Taken 3, Vacation 2 and Anchorman 2.

Personal:
Rick grew up in Atlanta and graduated from Georgia State University with a BBA in Business Administration. He resides in Sugarloaf with Melanie and has three children: Ross, Samantha married to husband Steve with daughters Kennedy, Cameron and Carson, and Danny married to Hally with son Beck.
Ross Spiller
Ross Spiller, cofounded Spiller Industrial Real Estate Advisors, LLC in December of 2020.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Ross went on to attend Auburn University before transferring to Kennesaw State University and beginning his real estate career as an intern for Seefried Industrial Properties in 2017. As an intern, Ross focused on learning the Atlanta market and developed relationships with key industry leaders. After completing his internship, Ross joined Wilson, Hull & Neal in February of 2019 where he partnered with his father and industry expert, Rick Spiller.
Ross focuses on tenant and landlord representation in the local Atlanta market and uses his knowledge of the area to better assist clients in their real estate needs.

Personal:
Residing in Midtown with his dog Reggie, Ross enjoys spending time off work with family and friends, supporting the Auburn Tigers and Atlanta sports teams as well as playing golf and softball.
Steve Richardson
Steve Richardson, cofounded Spiller Industrial Real Estate Advisors, LLC in December of 2020.
Prior to joining the firm, Steve was a National Sales Manager at the Loews Atlanta Hotel for 10 years where he negotiated conference agreements with numerous global companies and achieved accolades as a top producer. Steve’s previous clients include: Arby’s, AT&T, Chick-fil-A, Coca-Cola, Cox Enterprises, Delta Air Lines, Kimley-Horn, LexisNexis, NAPA, NCR, Porsche and Verizon Wireless.
His 19+ years of experience as a Sales Manager in the Hospitality Industry along with his meticulous attention to detail, communication skills, and superior work ethic make him a talented addition to both the company and his clients.
He is actively calling upon the multiple submarkets of Atlanta to assist businesses in satisfying their real estate requirements and strengthen client relationships.

Personal:
Steve moved to Atlanta in 2005 prior to growing up in the Northern Virginia Area outside of Washington DC. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management. He resides in Buckhead with his wife Samantha and their three daughters, Kennedy, Cameron and Carson.
SAMANTHA RICHARDSON
Samantha Richardson, cofounded Spiller Industrial Real Estate Advisors, LLC in December of 2020 and is currently handling marketing for the company.
Born and raised in the suburbs of Atlanta, Samantha attended Auburn University and ultimately graduated from Georgia State University with a BA in Marketing in 2007. Samantha worked at Wilson, Hull & Neal and DCT Industrial for several years prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2012. At Cushman & Wakefield she worked alongside a team of brokers specializing in Office Tenant Representation until 2014 when she decided to take on the full-time role of stay-at-home-mom. Samantha, with husband Steve, has three daughters, Kennedy, Cameron and Carson, and a mini-goldendoodle named Rudy.
